[Manuscript]  An indenture, 1906, between Robert Alexander Gray, of Bushey Heath, and The Capital and Counties Bank: re mortgage of part of Little Bushey Farm, facing Little Bushey Lane and Coldharbour Lane.  A schedule describes the various components of the property, including their acreage and state of cultivation.  Included is a related  indenture, dated the following day.  Other persons mentioned include William Nevill Tufnell, Egerton John Glyn, Edward Gerald Strutt, Amelius Richard Mark Lockwood, Alfred Savill, Arthur Edward Savill, Robert Cecil Savill, Rev.
